Who We Are
Nexum Advisory is an independent advisory firm for strategy, capital, restructuring and financial management. We don't sell off-the-shelf solutions — we first understand the business, the numbers and the constraints, and only then propose a direction.
We work with the owners and management of Serbian companies making decisions that leave no room for error: taking on debt, restructuring, entering new lines of business, or changing strategy. Our approach comes from institutional experience — we apply standards built in banking to businesses that typically don't have access to that level of analysis.

Dejan Janjatović

Dejan has 25 years of experience in banking, finance and management, most of it in executive roles — Deputy CEO, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He led organizations with more than 2,000 employees and managed balance-sheet assets of over EUR 6.5 billion.
Education: Advanced Management Program, Harvard Business School (2023); CFA Level I (2015); MBA, Central European University, Budapest (2006); degree in Economics, University of Novi Sad (2000). He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a leasing company and as a member of the audit committee of a bank abroad.
