Stabilising the business, protecting value and returning to sustainable growth.

We help businesses and companies under pressure from tight liquidity, falling profitability, rising debt or complex relationships with banks and suppliers — through business and financial restructuring tailored to the severity of the crisis.

Restructuring

Restructuring doesn't start when it's already too late — it starts the moment the numbers show something is wrong. The longer pressure on liquidity and profitability is ignored, the fewer options remain. Our approach combines rapid diagnosis, operational measures and, where needed, negotiations with creditors — with one goal: keeping the company in control of its own future.

What it delivers

A company that goes through structured restructuring doesn't just come out stabilised — it comes out with clearer financial management, a tidier relationship with its banks, and a system that flags the next problem early. Management gains the tools to make decisions on time, instead of firefighting.

“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence itself, but acting with yesterday's logic.”

— Peter Drucker

Questions and answers

Questions we hear often

When's the right time to reach out — before or after the bank starts asking questions?

Always before. The earlier you start, the more options remain — taking the initiative in negotiations gets better terms than reacting to creditor pressure.

Does restructuring mean layoffs and shutting down parts of the business?

Not necessarily. The focus is on making the business sustainable — sometimes that means reorganising processes and costs, not necessarily shrinking the scope of the business.

How long does the restructuring process take?

Diagnosis and the first stabilisation measures typically take 4 to 6 weeks. A complete turnaround program, including negotiations with creditors, typically takes 3 to 6 months.

What is financial restructuring and how does it differ from bankruptcy?

Financial restructuring is the voluntary rescheduling of debt and reorganisation of the business while the company is still solvent, with the goal of avoiding bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is a court proceeding that follows once that window has been missed — the whole point of our work is to make sure it never comes to that.

How much does restructuring a company cost?

It depends on the scale of the crisis and the number of creditors involved in negotiations. The first conversation and initial assessment are free, and we agree the fee structure before the engagement begins.
